What determines the price of your job
There are several factors that may be considered when determining a price for sweeping your lot.
An abundance of leaf-dropping trees, high truck traffic at distribution centers, how the parking lot is laid out, the number of islands or speed bumps, all of which will affect the bidding process.
Frequency of service
If your lot has a high traffic flow it will need to be swept daily or no less than three times per week. Smaller businesses with less traffic can be swept once per week with effective results.
Landscaping and trees
The amount of leaves and other debris from trees or center islands filled with rocks or bark that will eventually work its way into the parking lot will affect the price of your job.
Condition of your parking lot
Deteriorating pavement will increase sweeping time, the more obstacles there are to work around, the more expensive the service will be.
